Thredbo has a touch screen ticketing system. The system offers greater flexibility and efficiency. There are two main ticket selling areas in Thredbo, one at Friday Flat and the other at Valley Terminal close to the base of the Crackenback Express. Thredbo Ski School lessons and packages can also be purchased from these areas. All EFTPOS and credit cards are accepted. Thredbo has an office located in Nuggets Crossing Jindabyne where all day ski passes and ski school lessons can also be purchased.
Only Thredbo offers such a diverse range of lodges, motels, self contained apartments and club lodges, a variety to suit every budget and lifestyle. Currently the village has the capacity for 4,000 people. Packages can be individually structured to your needs. Thredbo is the only resort to offer extensive overnight car parking and has capacity for 2,000 cars. In winter during the day a free shuttle bus takes you from Friday Flat to Valley Terminal and around the village.
