Ski or Snowboard Weeks are an excellent and inexpensive way of enjoying a holiday in the mountains. Temple Basin offers competitive rates which include all lift passes, accommodation, food and expert instruction.

As a participant, you travel to Temple Basin on Sunday, on a chartered coach if required. You spend the following six nights in a comfortable modern Lodge on the field only metres from the tows. You ski or snowboard from morning till midnight and enjoy good snow, good food, good company and good fun. You depart after lunch the following Saturday.

Home RunSupervised Ski Weeks for 10 - 18 year olds: These offer young people a wonderful opportunity to learn to ski or board under expert, patient instruction during school holidays. They spend the week in well supervised small groups with lots of organised activities, making friends and having fun. Supervision is provided by school teachers and teacher trainees.

Family Weeks 1 & 2: Families bring children of all ages to Temple Basin where everyone has fun. On 'Family Week 2', nannies and special menus are provided for young children while Parents/Guardians and older siblings enjoy themselves on the slopes.

Snowboarders' Week: Top snowboarders from all over NZ converge on Temple Basin for this wonderful week of demonstrations and instruction, boarding and surfing videos at night, and all the bowls, chutes and natural half pipes that New Zealand's Number 1 snowboarding area offers.

Composite Week: This week is for people who want to pamper themselves a bit. The services of a chef to supervise the cooking, and a cleaner to do the less attractive chores, give you more time on the slopes.
