FROM BEGINNER TO BLACK DIAMOND

Mt Baw Baw is bigger than you think. With 5 ski lifts and more than 15 ski trails covering over 30 hectares of skiing terrain, there's plenty of skiing for everyone.

Mt Baw Baw's integrated lift system is specially located so you can easily access all the terrain choices, from ideal gentle beginner trails to superb cruising intermediate trails to tighter and more advanced trails.

Mt Baw Baw also offers friendly staff, uncrowded slopes and short lift queues, (visitors frequently comment on the short waiting times), and home trails that allow an easy return to the village.

Wherever you ski you'll be surrounded by spectacular scenery and views stretching over the LaTrobe Valley to Western Port Bay and Bass Strait.

SNOWPLAY

You don't have to ski or snowboard to enjoy Mt Baw Baw. Throw a snowball, make a snowman, hire a toboggan, take a tube ride, go for a walk or have a BBQ.

CROSS COUNTRY

Mt Baw Baw is cross country skier's paradise. There are 10km of sheltered, well marked, groomed trails to suit every level of cross country skier. The beginner's trail close to the village provides the novice with an ideal   introduction to the art of cross country skiing.

For the more advanced the 5km trail is interesting and provides more challenging skiing. For the experienced skier there is access to the beautiful Baw Baw plateau, and you can ski to Mt St. Gwinear, Mt St. Phillack, Mustering Flat and the Alpine Walking Track. Trail maps are available at the main ticket office and various outlets in the resort.

SNOWBOARDING

Mt Baw Baw has become a popular  snowboarding destination. There are a number of hot spots at Mt Baw Baw, the Jeep track provides a natural half pipe, there's great carving terrain and boundless areas to explore between the trees as well as natural obstacles and specially prepared jumps.

TUBING

Snow tubing is an exciting new form of snow sports that the whole family can enjoy. Imagine meandering down a winding chute and experiencing the thrills of curves, banks and bumps in a white winter wonderland. So why not visit the resort this winter and experience it for yourself.

The Frantic Frog Supertube Park is twice the fun this year! With so many people enjoying the thrills of the tube park last year, the tube park has been extended to provide you with more twists and turns than ever before! Have the ride of your life at the Frantic Frog Tube Park.
